Tour Accessibility Information
Our tours are held in historic locations throughout Uptown Whittier and include the Museum Flashlight Tour inside a preserved early-1900s building. Because of the historic nature of these sites, some areas may not be fully wheelchair or mobility-aid accessible, including:
- Narrow hallways
- Stairs and uneven surfaces
- Public outdoor areas with older sidewalks or pathways
However, all guests will have access to the full stories, history, and paranormal accounts shared on the tour, regardless of possible limited physical access to certain areas.
For accessibility accommodations, please contact us before booking at mansionghost77@gmail.com or 909-261-9483. We will make every reasonable effort to meet your needs or provide alternatives.
Ongoing Improvements and Feedback
We value your input and continually strive to improve accessibility for all. If you have suggestions or encounter accessibility issues, please contact us at https://hauntedwhittier.com/#contact or 909-261-9483.
